This was my third time buying a home and it was a process like never before. Just a lot of unreliable or shady people (agents/ broker/ yadda yadda). Cory was the one person during this entire process that stayed consistent and that I could actually trust that if he said he’d get something done, it would get done and correctly. He even had the consideration to let me know when he could get back to me when I tried calling and got his voicemail- so it wasn’t a guessing game and when a member of his team wasn’t responding to me, he made sure to reach out while on his vacation so I knew I was not being ignored. He was knowledgeable and timely and took the time to explain every single solitary thing to me. Top-notch.
